Introduction

To support our expanding operations, we are looking for a dedicated Staff Operasional Warehouse – Penanganan Barang who can ensure that every product moves smoothly through the warehouse, from receipt to delivery. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Accurately record and label all goods, ensuring proper storage location assignment within the warehouse management system.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and updating stock records.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment, adhering to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and enforce warehouse safety protocols, including proper stacking, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to coordinate the timely supply of raw materials and finished goods.
- Assist in the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to increase productivity and reduce errors.
- Provide clear communication with supervisors, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding order status, delays, or special handling requirements.
- Work flexible hours, including overtime when needed, to meet peak demand periods and ensure uninterrupted operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to interact effectively with team members and external partners.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility in handling company assets and confidential information.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and cooperation.
- Capacity to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and stack goods up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
