Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Accounting Staff to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing daily financial transactions, preparing accurate financial statements, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial ledgers, ensuring all entries are recorded promptly and accurately.
  • Compile daily, monthly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Record and reconcile accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions, monitoring overdue items and coordinating with vendors.
  • Verify the authenticity and completeness of supporting documents such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
  • Assist in the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including journal entries, variance analysis, and audit preparation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data, resolve discrepancies, and improve internal controls.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing historical data and trend analysis.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, supplying required documentation and explanations as needed.
  • Continuously review and suggest improvements to accounting procedures to increase efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Maximum age: 35 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Key skills: Budget accounting, corporate accounting, financial analysis, and document verification.
