Our flagship product, freshly‑made Takoyaki, has quickly become a local favorite, and we are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Staff Crew – Outlet Sales and Service. This role is perfect for recent high‑school graduates or anyone eager to start a career in the hospitality industry, offering hands‑on experience in food preparation, customer service, and outlet management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Takoyaki according to our standardized recipes, ensuring consistent quality, flavor, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to food‑safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw ingredients, packaging, and supplies; notify the manager of re‑stock needs.
- Handle point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions efficiently, process cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts.
- Provide friendly, courteous service to all customers, answering product questions and recommending menu items.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, equipment shutdown, and thorough cleaning.
- Participate in daily briefings to communicate specials, promotions, and any operational updates.
- Uphold the outlet’s brand image by wearing the uniform correctly and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours, especially between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Respect and observe the five daily prayers, coordinating break times with management as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- Open to candidates of any gender.
- No prior work experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Demonstrated honesty, trustworthiness, and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Willingness to observe the five daily prayers in a mosque, with flexibility for scheduled breaks.
- Availability to work the shift from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Basic understanding of store management systems or a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 15 kg).
