Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Hybrid – Penjualan Produk & Layanan to join our growing sales team. This role blends outbound telemarketing with on‑site customer engagement, allowing you to build relationships, educate prospects, and drive revenue across multiple channels. Working Monday through Friday, you will operate from 08:00 to 17:00, balancing phone outreach, field visits, and data‑driven market research. Ideal candidates are energetic, results‑oriented, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Answer inbound inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring data integrity and up‑to‑date contact details.
- Perform regular customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify upselling opportunities.
- Schedule and execute field visits for product demonstrations, installations, or follow‑up consultations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics, reporting progress toward targets and highlighting obstacles.
- Continuously refine sales scripts and techniques based on performance analytics and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 40 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry tools.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
