Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Staff Accounting – Keuangan Perusahaan to join our finance team. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy of our financial records, supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in accounting principles, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of working effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process daily accounting transactions, including invoices, expense reports, and cash receipts.
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data, analyzing variances, and presenting findings to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit periods, providing required documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections while resolving discrepancies.
- Handle payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory reporting for employees.
- Collaborate closely with other departments—such as procurement, sales, and HR—to ensure financial information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost‑saving initiatives within the finance function.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated capability to perform under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Zahir, or similar) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
