We are seeking a diligent Staff Housekeeping – Pengelolaan Kebersihan dan Fasilitas to join our team at the scenic Puncak Dua resort complex. This full‑time position is ideal for a motivated male professional aged 27‑40 who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can pay close attention to detail, and is willing to stay on‑site in a mess facility for extended periods (typically one month on‑site followed by a two‑night off‑site rotation). The role offers a unique blend of routine housekeeping duties and occasional minor maintenance tasks, providing a solid foundation for career growth in the hospitality and facilities‑management sector.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitising of guest rooms, corridors, public lounges, and service areas in accordance with company hygiene standards.
- Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure all surfaces, linens, and amenities meet the established quality criteria.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities, reporting shortages and placing re‑order requests promptly.
- Coordinate with the front‑desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests, lost‑and‑found items, and any room‑related issues.
- Execute light‑maintenance tasks such as bulb replacement, minor electrical troubleshooting, and basic plumbing repairs; any additional technical skill is considered a valuable plus.
- Maintain accurate logs of completed work, room statuses, and any incidents that occur during shifts.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals, personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency procedures.
- Participate in periodic deep‑cleaning projects, floor polishing, carpet shampooing, and seasonal sanitation drives.
- Assist in training new housekeeping staff, sharing best practices and reinforcing the importance of guest‑centric service.
Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Age: 27‑40 years
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in housekeeping or a related cleaning field.
- Willingness to be stationed at the mess facility for extended periods (1 month on‑site, 2 nights off‑site).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards.
- Basic knowledge of electrical work and plumbing is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and honestly.
- Commitment to complying with all cleaning and safety standards.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads.
- Team‑player mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
