Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business objectives into effective visual communication.
- Lead the creation of original artwork, illustrations, and layouts, while mentoring junior designers on best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines and adapting to evolving client feedback.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and new visual techniques to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
- Prepare files for production, liaise with printers and vendors, and conduct quality checks to ensure flawless execution.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within branding or visual identity projects.
- Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or InDesign is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing original designs and successful branding initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Resident of Yogyakarta or willing to relocate; reliable local transportation.
