Responsibilities

- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary work station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and balance the register at the end of each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate ordering needs to management.
- Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices for drink preparation and customer service.
- Uphold the brand’s visual standards by ensuring personal appearance is neat, professional, and aligns with the café’s aesthetic.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing of food and beverage orders for a seamless guest experience.
- Continuously develop coffee knowledge through tasting sessions, workshops, and staying current with industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Gender: Female preferred, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of proven barista experience in a café or restaurant setting.
- Strong technical barista skills: espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and beverage customization.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities – friendly, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Highly motivated, quick‑learning, and diligent with a strong work ethic.
- Professional appearance and personal hygiene that reflects the café’s brand image.
- Disciplined, honest, and reliable with a proven track record of punctuality.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime or special events.
