This frontline role focuses on direct outreach to retail outlets and end‑customers, ensuring our products are prominently displayed, well‑stocked, and effectively promoted. The position offers a stable base salary aligned with the regional minimum wage (UMK), daily transport allowance, and performance‑based incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales routes to retail stores, supermarkets, and independent outlets within the assigned territory.
  • Introduce and demonstrate Artaboga’s product portfolio, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotional offers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing agents to foster long‑term loyalty.
  • Monitor inventory levels on‑site, conduct stock counts, and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse to avoid stock‑outs.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging product displays, pricing tags, and promotional materials in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Capture sales transactions accurately, update handheld devices, and submit detailed daily reports to the sales supervisor.
  • Communicate upcoming promotions, new product launches, and pricing changes to customers promptly.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
  • Provide feedback from the field regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • No strict age limit; candidates of any age who demonstrate the right attitude are welcome.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Zero to two years of sales or customer‑service experience; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Essential skills: quick adaptation to changing routes, basic sales administration, and reliable record‑keeping.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with diverse retail partners.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently while adhering to a structured schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 07:30‑17:00).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable motorbike for route coverage.
