Introduction
The Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) position is based at our Kantor Kisaran (SM Raja) office. This role is a key part of our collections team, focusing on the timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and supporting branch operations in handling challenging partner accounts. Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the timely execution of overdue A/R collection activities, adhering to company policies and legal guidelines.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers for direct payment negotiations and relationship building.
- Assist branch offices in the resolution of problematic partner accounts, providing analytical support and follow‑up actions.
- Achieve and exceed collection targets set by senior management, contributing to overall portfolio health.
- Coordinate the retrieval of assets from delinquent customers, working closely with field teams and legal counsel when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection efforts, updating the internal CRM system with detailed notes and outcomes.
- Identify early warning signs of payment risk and recommend proactive mitigation strategies to the credit department.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as sales, credit underwriting, and legal—to ensure a seamless collections process.
Requirements
- Open to candidates with no prior experience; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Minimum age of 18 years; maximum age limit of 65 years.
- Male candidates (as specified by the posting).
- Educational background: all levels accepted, though a basic understanding of finance or business is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain professional integrity.
- Resilience, attention to detail, honesty, and a persistent work ethic.
- Possession of an SPPI (Sertifikat Penjaminan Penagihan Intern) card is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with credit monitoring, loan processing, debt collection procedures, and interpersonal communication techniques.
