Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of printing equipment—including Offset Presses, Digital Offset (A3+), Die‑Cut machines, and Blanking presses—in strict accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare production runs by sourcing and inspecting raw materials such as paper, inks, and printing plates, and setting machine parameters to match each order’s specifications.
- Conduct regular quality control (QC) checks throughout the printing process, ensuring color fidelity, image sharpness, and dimensional accuracy meet client and industry standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning work areas, lubricating moving parts, and inspecting components for wear; promptly report any technical issues to the maintenance supervisor.
- Document production data, including run times, material usage, and any deviations from SOPs, to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the planning, design, and finishing teams to coordinate workflow, resolve bottlenecks, and meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols, wearing required protective equipment and participating in safety drills.
- Support shift handovers by providing clear, concise reports on machine status, pending jobs, and any outstanding maintenance actions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience operating printing machinery in a commercial environment.
- Proficiency with Offset, Digital Offset (A3+), Die‑Cut, and Blanking equipment; ability to quickly learn new machine models.
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring machine performance, diagnosing issues, and suggesting process enhancements.
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to follow written SOPs and convey information clearly to teammates.
- Demonstrated teamwork and the capability to work independently when required.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a responsible attitude toward product quality and workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, to align with production schedules.
- Preferred soft skills: problem‑solving mindset, time‑management, adaptability to evolving technology, and a customer‑service orientation.
