Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Produksi – Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Kualitas to join our dynamic food‑service team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced production environment and is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. The successful candidate will work closely with kitchen staff, supervisors, and quality assurance personnel to ensure that every product leaving our facility meets strict regulatory and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials, in‑process items, and finished goods, documenting any deviations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to adjust recipes, cooking times, and temperature controls to achieve optimal product consistency.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers, temperature logs, and corrective action reports.
- Assist in training new staff on proper handling, sanitation, and quality control techniques.
- Identify potential sources of waste or inefficiency and propose practical solutions to reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to verify that incoming supplies meet specified quality standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing evidence of compliance and implementing any required improvements.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of quality manuals, checklists, and work instructions.
- Ensure that all equipment is cleaned, calibrated, and maintained according to the maintenance schedule.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Maximum age: 30 years
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a graduate of a culinary or hospitality program (Tata Boga).
- Work experience: Prior experience in food production or quality control is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Key personal attributes: Diligent, hardworking, honest, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Essential skills: Basic administrative abilities, attention to detail, strong communication, and the capacity to follow documented procedures.
- Availability: Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
