Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to Salad Hut’s standardized recipes, ensuring taste, portion control, and presentation meet brand guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen and service area, adhering to food safety regulations and internal sanitation SOPs.
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer inquiries about ingredients, and provide friendly, prompt service to enhance the guest experience.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales reports accurately.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to manage peak‑hour rushes, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal waiting times.
- Participate in regular inventory checks, stock replenishment, and proper storage of perishable goods.
- Support shift handovers by documenting any equipment issues, stock shortages, or customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Attend mandatory training sessions, both at the outlet level and at the Head Office, to develop culinary skills and service excellence.
- Flexibly rotate between different Salad Hut outlets as needed, adapting quickly to new team dynamics and operational setups.
- Undertake overtime or extended shifts when business demands require, always maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
- Passion for cooking and a genuine interest in fresh, healthy cuisine.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a dedication to delivering high‑quality service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willingness to be assigned to any Salad Hut outlet across Jakarta, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi, and surrounding areas.
- Readiness to rotate between locations and attend training programs at the Head Office in Green Lake City.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members of all genders.
