Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop customized treatment plans that align with each client’s aesthetic goals.
- Perform a range of medical‑beauty procedures, including but not limited to facial rejuvenation, chemical peels, micro‑needling, and laser therapies, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment outcomes, adverse reactions, and follow‑up recommendations in compliance with local health regulations.
- Educate clients on pre‑ and post‑treatment care, offering guidance on skincare routines, product usage, and lifestyle adjustments to maximize results.
- Collaborate closely with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor inventory of medical‑grade cosmetics, instruments, and consumables, initiating re‑orders to prevent shortages.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and quality‑assurance audits to continuously improve service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering inquiries, and handling any concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Adapt to rotating shift schedules, including weekends, to ensure consistent clinic coverage and client accessibility.
- Assist in the development of promotional campaigns, showcasing new treatments and seasonal offers to attract a broader client base.
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred, though all genders are welcome to apply.
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Nursing (Keperawatan) with a valid, active STR.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a SIP (Surat Izin Praktik) as required.
- Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Prior experience in the beauty or aesthetic industry, preferably within a medical setting.
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
