Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Provider – Internet to join our expanding sales team in the vibrant region of Bengkulu. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of high‑speed internet solutions—including broadband, fiber‑optic, and 4G/5G services—among both residential and business customers. The successful candidate will act as the face of our brand, delivering compelling value propositions, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company’s market share in the province.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a portfolio of internet service packages (broadband, fiber‑optic, 4G/5G) to new prospects and existing customers.
- Assess client needs through consultative discussions and design tailored internet solutions that align with individual or corporate requirements.
- Maintain an in‑depth understanding of product features, pricing structures, promotional offers, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate benefits.
- Educate customers on installation processes, service reliability, security features, and ongoing support options.
- Generate and qualify leads proactively via phone calls, email outreach, social media engagement, attendance at local events, and door‑to‑door visits.
- Develop persuasive sales presentations and proposals that address pain points and highlight cost‑effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless handover to the technical implementation team.
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and report weekly performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and technical teams to refine product offerings based on market feedback.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact service delivery.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of network concepts and the ability to analyze customer bandwidth needs.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, persuasive negotiation, and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Personal Traits: Self‑starter attitude, high level of resilience, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend events.
