Responsibilities
- Deliver live product demonstrations on TikTok Live and Shopee Live, maintaining a confident and expressive on‑camera presence.

- Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to curate daily product line‑ups and promotional scripts.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets by employing persuasive selling techniques and upselling strategies.
- Monitor live‑stream analytics, providing feedback on viewer behavior, peak engagement times, and conversion rates.
- Prepare and rehearse content ahead of each broadcast, ensuring product knowledge is accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Maintain a professional appearance, punctuality, and adherence to brand guidelines during all live sessions.
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holiday periods, to match peak audience traffic.
- Provide post‑stream reports summarizing performance metrics, challenges encountered, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (higher education preferred but not required).
- Age: 18‑25 years.
