Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results‑driven Food Service Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Malang and its surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges within the HoReCa segment.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive brand awareness.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain long‑term relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective pipeline management.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations that highlight the unique value propositions of our food service offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after‑sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback using the company’s CRM system.
- Travel independently across Malang and neighboring regions using a personal vehicle to meet clients, attend trade shows, and conduct field visits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in HoReCa product sales or marketing, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate persuasively and present confidently.
- Energetic, upbeat personality that creates a positive impression on customers and colleagues.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently as well as thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Own reliable transportation for frequent travel across the designated territory.
