Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with Golqi Chicken’s SOPs, ensuring each meal meets taste and presentation standards.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests, fostering positive relationships and encouraging repeat visits.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, checking that temperature, portion size, and packaging adhere to quality guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations throughout each shift, performing regular sanitation tasks as required.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and proper storage of ingredients to minimize waste and support smooth operations.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and shift supervisors to ensure smooth handovers, address any service issues, and continuously improve workflow.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions, product knowledge briefings, and performance reviews to enhance personal and team performance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 26 years old.
