Introduction

The role is pivotal in ensuring that overdue receivables are recovered efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities

The Petugas Remedial will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the collection process, from identification of delinquent accounts to successful recovery. Key duties include:

  • Monitoring daily A/R overdue reports and prioritizing accounts based on risk and amount outstanding.
  • Initiating contact with borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to discuss overdue balances.
  • Negotiating repayment plans that align with company policies while accommodating the borrower’s financial situation.
  • Documenting all interactions accurately in the CRM system and updating payment status in real time.
  • Coordinating with the sales, legal, and credit analysis teams to resolve disputes and verify documentation.
  • Preparing regular collection performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends and potential improvement areas.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout the collection process.
  • Participating in periodic training sessions to stay current with industry best practices and evolving regulations.

Requirements

Successful candidates will meet the following qualifications and possess the indicated soft skills:

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a collection, credit, or related financial role (experience in multifinance is a strong plus).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with A/R processes, basic Excel, and CRM/database tools.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on win‑win outcomes.
    • High integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of accountability.
    • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
    • Resilience and perseverance when facing challenging conversations.
    • Target‑driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed collection goals.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
  • Location: Placement at the Adira Finance office in Payakumbuh, or another branch matching the candidate’s domicile.
