Introduction

Biznet is seeking a dynamic Spesialis Administrasi Toko dan Pengelolaan Stok to join our fast‑growing retail operations team. The role is based in a Biznet Store and serves as the central hub for both customer interaction and back‑office inventory management. As the face of the store, you will ensure smooth daily operations, accurate stock records, and a welcoming environment for all walk‑in customers. This position offers a unique blend of administrative precision and front‑line service, making it ideal for candidates who thrive in a vibrant, customer‑focused setting.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all Biznet Store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash register handling, and daily sales reporting.
  • Manage petty cash transactions, maintain detailed logs, and reconcile accounts at the end of each shift.
  • Conduct regular Stock Opname (physical inventory counts), update inventory systems, and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Maintain the sales counter’s visual presentation, ensuring product displays are tidy, stocked, and promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance to walk‑in customers, explaining Biznet services, packages, and promotional offers, and guiding them through the purchase process.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to schedule stock deliveries, handle back‑order situations, and expedite urgent restocks.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and cash flow for senior management review.
  • Identify opportunities to improve store processes, such as streamlining checkout procedures or enhancing customer service scripts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, maximum age 30‑31 years.
  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) with a GPA of 3.00 or higher.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, sales support, or retail operations; fresh graduates with strong internships are also considered.
  • Professional appearance and a courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially in cash handling and inventory management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Team‑player mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
