We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat di Rumah (Private Home Tutor) to join our growing educational team in the Batealit area of Jepara. The ideal candidate will deliver high‑quality, personalized instruction to students of various ages in the comfort of their own homes. This role emphasizes a nurturing learning environment, strong pedagogical skills, and a commitment to fostering academic growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans that align with each student’s curriculum, learning style, and academic goals.
- Provide one‑on‑one tutoring sessions in subjects related to the education major, ensuring concepts are explained clearly and effectively.
- Assess student progress through informal quizzes, assignments, and regular feedback, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism by adhering to the schedule of Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student performance, challenges, and achievements.
- Prepare educational resources, such as worksheets, visual aids, and digital tools, to enhance interactive learning.
- Uphold a safe and supportive home‑learning environment, adhering to any health and safety guidelines provided by the client.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and professional development workshops offered by the company.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 degree in Education or a related field; a bachelor’s degree (Sarjana) in Education is preferred.
- Reside in or have a domicile (Domisili) within Kabupaten Jepara.
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively, with a clear understanding of curriculum standards and student assessment methods.
- Patience, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility toward students’ academic success.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, if possible, basic English proficiency.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching techniques to diverse learner needs and varying home environments.
- Reliability to work the designated hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and maintain consistent attendance.
- Passion for continuous learning and willingness to incorporate new educational technologies.
