Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive – Customer Acquisition & Management to join our growing team. This role focuses on expanding our client base, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue across the mechanical, electrical, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate is a results‑oriented professional with a technical background, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in retail or B2B sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the technical needs of prospects in the machinery, electrical, civil, and industrial engineering fields.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up on leads.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms while protecting company margins and complying with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and after‑sales teams to provide seamless handover and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting progress to senior management with clear metrics and actionable insights.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential product enhancements.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility.
  • Provide post‑sale support, handling objections, resolving issues, and seeking opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering). SMK qualification is also acceptable with relevant experience.
  • Age: maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in retail or the mechanical/electrical sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an engaging and professional appearance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work toward and exceed sales targets.
  • Active driver’s license (A/C) and personal vehicle for client visits.
  • Key competencies: active communication, marketing communication, sales analysis, negotiation, and overall sales proficiency.
  • Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
