Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Penjualan Motoris – Wilayah Kendal to join our rapidly growing sales team. This full‑time position is based in Kendal and involves engaging with customers, promoting our motorbike portfolio, and expanding market share across the region. The successful candidate will work six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, with standard hours of 08:00 – 16:00. This role offers a unique opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with a passion for sales to launch a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers in the Kendal area through cold calling, door‑to‑door visits, and participation in local events.
  • Present product features, financing options, and after‑sales services to potential buyers, tailoring the pitch to each customer’s needs.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the company CRM, logging all contacts, follow‑ups, and sales activities.
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, and contract terms while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the regional market share.
  • Provide on‑site demonstrations and test rides, ensuring safety protocols are observed.
  • Coordinate with the service and parts departments to guarantee timely delivery and after‑sales support.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and market feedback for senior management.
  • Travel frequently within the Kendal region and be prepared for occasional out‑of‑city assignments.
  • Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, community events, and dealership promotions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of any age and gender; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Possession of a valid motorbike and willingness to obtain a SIM C (motorcycle license).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Demonstrated passion for sales and a willingness to learn the automotive market.
  • Basic negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel within Kendal and occasional out‑of‑city assignments.
  • Proficiency with smartphones and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools).
