Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Tenaga Paramedis Medis Darurat Profesional to join our fast‑paced emergency response team serving the Greater Jakarta (JABODETABEK) region. This role is vital in delivering life‑saving medical care to both human patients and, uniquely, to our beloved animal companions at partner veterinary facilities. As a frontline responder, you will operate in dynamic environments, work closely with physicians, nurses, and veterinary staff, and ensure that every patient receives timely, compassionate, and professional treatment.
Responsibilities
- Perform rapid on‑scene assessment of patients (human or animal) and determine the appropriate level of emergency care.
- Administer basic and advanced life support interventions, including airway management, bleeding control, and medication administration in accordance with protocols.
- Stabilize patients for safe transport and coordinate hand‑over to hospital or veterinary emergency units.
- Document all patient interactions, treatments, and transport details accurately in electronic medical records.
- Maintain and routinely inspect all emergency equipment, ensuring readiness for each shift.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing clear communication during hand‑overs and during multi‑agency responses.
- Participate in regular training drills, continuing education, and certification renewals to stay current with emergency medicine best practices.
- Educate patients and pet owners on post‑incident care, preventive health measures, and follow‑up procedures.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, infection control standards, and company policies while working in high‑stress, shift‑based environments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in health sciences is a plus.
- Age: Open to candidates up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Male applicants preferred for certain field assignments; however, we welcome all qualified individuals.
- Strong passion for animal welfare (Pet Lover) and willingness to assist in veterinary emergencies.
- Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
- Demonstrated honesty, creativity, and high integrity in all work situations.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to be stationed in the JABODETABEK area.
- Prior experience in emergency medical services is advantageous but not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
