Responsibilities
- Promptly and safely pack a variety of fresh fruits, ensuring optimal presentation and minimal waste.
- Conduct proactive outbound marketing by visiting schools, campuses, corporate offices, and other institutions to showcase our product line.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers, leveraging personal networks to expand our client base.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to all customers, answering product queries and offering usage suggestions.
- Manage a personal vehicle for timely deliveries and on‑site product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate daily sales logs, inventory records, and market feedback using our store‑management system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any delivery issues.
- Participate in weekly team briefings, sharing insights on market trends and customer preferences.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell complementary products, contributing to revenue growth.
- Uphold the company’s brand standards by presenting a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Residency: Must be a resident of Sumedang City.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
- Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently in packing and handling fresh produce.
- Confidence to approach and pitch products to educational institutions, corporate offices, and other potential clients.
- Humility and a pleasant attitude when serving customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Broad personal network with the capacity to develop new business connections.
- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) for daily travel and deliveries.
- Tech‑savvy: Familiarity with basic store‑management or inventory software.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
