Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Pemimpin Outlet Penjualan dan Operasional to lead one of our flagship retail locations. This full‑time position is based in a high‑traffic area and operates seven days a week, from 09:50 to 18:00. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manajemen Operasional: Oversee all store functions, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Kepemimpinan dan Pengawasan: Lead a team of sales associates and support staff, schedule shifts, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Pencapaian Target: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals, while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average transaction value and conversion rates.
  • Pelaporan: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance, stock discrepancies, and any operational issues.
  • Pelayanan Pelanggan: Ensure the highest level of service by training staff on product knowledge, handling escalated complaints, and implementing loyalty programs that increase repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust product assortment and promotional tactics accordingly.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect seasonal campaigns and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in retail store management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong problem‑solving ability to address operational bottlenecks quickly.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
    • Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
