Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including tables, counters, and service areas.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order flow and resolve any service issues swiftly.
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers, contributing to daily sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables and inform the manager of replenishment needs.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, new products, and service techniques.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and emerging market trends.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up the dining area and securing the premises.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; additional certification in Catering, Tata Boga, Perhotelan, Pariwisata or related fields is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B or restaurant sector; fresh graduates with a strong interest in culinary arts are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while meeting sales and service targets.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Readiness to join the team immediately and commit to the Crisbar Trisakti location.
