Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage items.
- Accurately take and input customer orders into the POS system, communicating special requests to the kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring correct presentation and timely delivery.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments while maintaining strict accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables, polishing utensils, and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate order flow and resolve any service issues.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, promptly addressing concerns or special needs.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards as defined by local regulations and company policies.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings to share feedback and improve service quality.
- Assist in training new staff members, sharing best practices and company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with peers.
- Desire for continuous learning and personal development in the hospitality field.
- Disciplined, detail‑oriented, and capable of following standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Honest, responsible, and dependable, with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques; willingness to acquire advanced skills.
