We are seeking a dynamic Creator Konten Media Sosial dan Blog to join our growing team in the Jombang area. This role is perfect for a creative individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves storytelling through short‑form video, and can translate brand values into compelling digital experiences. The successful candidate will work onsite, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to amplify our presence on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and our corporate blog.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and publish short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok) that showcase our ceramic and granite products, as well as behind‑the‑scenes factory processes.
- Develop weekly content calendars, ensuring a balanced mix of product highlights, educational tips, and community‑focused stories.
- Conduct regular brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to generate fresh ideas that align with seasonal campaigns and market trends.
- Write engaging blog posts and social copy that reinforce brand messaging and improve SEO performance.
- Record voice‑overs and add subtitles to make content accessible to a broader audience.
- Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, click‑through rates) and produce monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest platform algorithms, trends, and best practices in the ceramics and construction industry.
- Collaborate with product designers and sales representatives to translate technical specifications into easy‑to‑understand visual stories.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while injecting a fresh, youthful tone that resonates with our target demographic.
- Support live social media events, such as product launches or virtual showroom tours, ensuring smooth execution and real‑time audience interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field); however, a background in communications, design, or related disciplines is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience creating social media content, preferably for consumer‑focused brands.
- Female candidates residing in or near Jombang; all genders are welcome to apply if they meet the location criteria.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to adapt concepts to different platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a “good attitude” and collaborative spirit.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut) and graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience in scriptwriting and voice‑over production.
- Familiarity with the ceramics or granite industry is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
- Ability to work onsite full‑time, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, without conflicting employment or educational commitments.
- Understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and their analytics dashboards.
