Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that drive sales.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, process transactions efficiently, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock counts, and coordinate with the warehouse to replenish shelves promptly.
- Utilize spreadsheet software to record sales data, track key performance indicators, and generate weekly performance summaries for management.
- Ensure the store’s visual merchandising standards are met, including product placement, signage, and cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and a solution‑focused attitude.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve daily sales targets and uphold a positive work atmosphere.
- Adhere to company policies regarding health, safety, and hygiene, including regular sanitation of the sales floor.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new product lines, promotional campaigns, and retail best practices.
- Support the store manager in preparing end‑of‑day reports, inventory audits, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Male candidates must be 30 years old or younger; all genders are welcome to apply.
- Religion: Must be Muslim and demonstrate a commitment to performing daily prayers.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required, but previous work in sales, hospitality, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) for daily reporting.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, trustworthy, and reliable (amanah); physically healthy and able to stand for extended periods.
- Non‑smoker status is highly preferred; candidates who do not smoke will be given priority.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, teamwork, problem‑solving ability, and a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Willingness to work a six‑day workweek (Monday–Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
