Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new customers through proactive outreach, social media engagement, and participation in local events.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and demonstrate product usage.
- Maintain a strong follow‑up system, nurturing leads via phone, email, and in‑store visits to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by upselling services, promoting bundled packages, and leveraging seasonal promotions.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, track inventory levels, and provide feedback to management on market trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in‑store events, product launches, and beauty workshops.
- Stay current with industry developments, new product lines, and emerging beauty techniques through continuous training.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and brand presentation in the consultation and treatment areas.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or higher preferred.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in the beauty, fitness, or makeup industry.
- Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated sales aptitude, including meeting or surpassing targets.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing client appointments, follow‑ups, and reporting.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, CRM tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
