Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Manager – Regional Sales to lead our sales operations in the Gresik region. This senior‑level position will oversee a diverse portfolio of outlet types, including pareto, wholesale, and retail partners, and will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the entire Indonesian market. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry knowledge of the furniture and spring‑bed sectors with proven leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for building high‑performance sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive sales plans that align with corporate revenue targets, covering daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual sales representatives and regional teams, providing actionable feedback and coaching to ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer demand to identify untapped opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead the setting of realistic yet ambitious sales targets, translating corporate goals into clear, measurable objectives for each outlet segment.
  • Coordinate product launch initiatives by collaborating with the Marketing Division, leveraging market intelligence to position new offerings for maximum impact.
  • Proactively scout for new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and nurture relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains.
  • Oversee territory management, ensuring optimal coverage, efficient route planning, and balanced workload distribution among the salesforce.
  • Deliver regular training sessions on salesmanship, negotiation techniques, and product knowledge to elevate the competency of the national sales team.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Act as the primary liaison between regional sales teams and corporate leadership, communicating insights, challenges, and success stories.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; a background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive sales management experience, preferably within the furniture, spring‑bed, or broader home‑furnishings industry.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales & marketing strategy, market segmentation, and customer‑needs analysis.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and motivating high‑performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, creative, and innovative mindset with a solutions‑oriented approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or sales analytics platforms.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) for regional travel.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional travel to key customer sites.
