Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our thriving multifinance team at our Pondok Indah office. This front‑line position is crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company, its dealer network, and end‑users, ensuring a seamless experience from product introduction through credit approval and final repayment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and present the company’s financial products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
- Generate and capture orders through various distribution channels, including dealer partners, retail outlets, and direct outreach.
- Collect initial customer data, verify identity and financial information, and prepare complete credit applications in accordance with internal policies.
- Coordinate with the credit underwriting team to monitor the progress of each application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers.
- Communicate credit decisions clearly, explaining approval conditions, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
- Notify customers of payment due dates, preferred payment locations, and any additional information required to avoid defaults.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and documentation in the company’s CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling or upselling complementary financial products, contributing to overall sales targets.
- Assist the marketing team in gathering market feedback and suggesting product enhancements based on client interactions.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with regulatory changes, product updates, and best practices in customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher; a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Age limit: 29 years old or younger.

- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for client visits.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes, including credit assessment and loan servicing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly with diverse customers.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and quick adaptation to new technology platforms.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a distinct advantage, though fresh graduates with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
