In this role you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that products move smoothly from receipt to storage, and ultimately to the end‑customer. Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound shipments, verify packing lists, and accurately record quantities in the inventory system.
  • Organize and store goods using established slotting strategies to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
  • Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders for timely distribution to retail outlets or direct customers.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full‑stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
  • Prepare detailed daily and weekly inventory reports, highlighting discrepancies, turnover rates, and stock‑out risks.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard‑free warehouse, adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
  • Operate warehouse management software and basic office applications for data entry, label printing, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with procurement, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve issues such as damaged goods, backorders, or shipment delays.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce handling time and improve accuracy.
  • Support loading and unloading activities, ensuring proper handling of heavy or fragile items while following ergonomics best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.
  • Solid understanding of storage systems, inventory control principles, and basic supply‑chain concepts.
  • Proficiency in using computers for inventory input, barcode scanning, and generating reports.
  • Strong attention to detail, disciplined work habits, and the physical stamina to lift and move goods safely.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members.
  • Problem‑solving mindset, with the capacity to identify and address discrepancies quickly.
  • Commitment to safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
