Responsibilities
- Perform manual and assisted paraphrasing of English texts to lower similarity scores while preserving original meaning.
- Edit sentence structure, grammar, and diction to align with academic and professional writing standards.
- Maintain consistent voice, tone, and style guidelines that reflect Deepublish’s brand and the expectations of target readers.
- Utilize tools such as Grammarly, Turnitin, and QuillBot responsibly to enhance quality without over‑reliance on automated suggestions.
- Conduct thorough proofreading to eliminate typographical errors, incorrect word choices, and stylistic inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the editorial team and content creators, offering constructive feedback on clarity, flow, and impact.
- Meet tight deadlines while handling multiple projects, ensuring each deliverable meets the stipulated quality benchmarks.
- Document best‑practice paraphrasing techniques and share insights with peers to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in English Literature, English Education, or a closely related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in English paraphrasing, editing, or academic writing.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and stylistic nuances.
- Proficiency with paraphrasing and plagiarism‑detection tools (e.g., Grammarly, Turnitin, QuillBot).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under strict time constraints.
