Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Financial Advisor (FA) to serve customers across the entire Sulawesi region and the Maluku Islands. The successful candidate will be stationed at a Bank Mandiri branch and will work closely with AXA Mandiri to provide comprehensive financial planning and insurance solutions. This role combines client‑focused consulting, product marketing, and post‑sale service, offering a unique opportunity to grow a career in Indonesia’s vibrant financial services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough financial needs analyses for individual and corporate clients, identifying gaps and recommending suitable insurance and investment products.
  • Develop and present customized financial plans that align with clients’ short‑term goals and long‑term wealth‑building strategies.
  • Promote a portfolio of AXA Mandiri insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal sales guidelines.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals and processing applications.
  • Provide dedicated support for policy claims, handling inquiries, coordinating with underwriting teams, and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking client interactions, policy status, and follow‑up actions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, product enhancements, and competitor offerings to deliver informed advice.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and professional development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and advisory skills.
  • Collaborate with branch management and other financial advisors to achieve regional sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in the financial services industry, preferably in insurance or banking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client segments.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen and a results‑oriented mindset; ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Professional appearance and a commitment to upholding the brand image of AXA Mandiri and Bank Mandiri.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools; basic digital literacy is essential.
  • Flexibility to travel across Sulawesi and Maluku for client meetings and branch events.
  • Gender: open to all genders; age limit up to 38 years.
  • Key soft skills: problem‑solving, empathy, time management, and the ability to handle complex client queries with patience.
