Introduction
Mitracare Surabaya, a leading multi‑brand service center for mobile phones, laptops, and electronic devices, is seeking a dedicated Teknisi Multibrand to join our fast‑growing technical team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in electronics, a minimum of one year of hands‑on repair experience, and a passion for delivering top‑notch service to a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Receive and assess customer complaints for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and related electronic equipment.
- Perform detailed diagnostics to identify hardware and software faults using industry‑standard tools and test equipment.
- Execute repairs, component replacements, and firmware updates in accordance with Mitracare’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or specialized service teams while maintaining clear documentation of all actions taken.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation; ensure all tools are calibrated and stored properly.
- Provide clear, courteous explanations of repair findings and recommended solutions to customers, fostering trust and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to track parts usage and request replenishment as needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with emerging technologies, new device models, and evolving repair techniques.
- Adhere to the Monday‑Saturday work schedule (09:00 – 17:00) and comply with company policies regarding punctuality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration & Cooling Technology.
- At least 1 year of proven experience repairing handsets, laptops, printers, or similar electronic devices.
- Strong technical skills in circuit analysis, soldering, component testing, and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem‑solving ability and capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- High level of responsibility, discipline, and speed without compromising quality.
- Professional demeanor: polite, friendly, tidy, and well‑presented at all times.
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and maintain accurate service records.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s current staffing policy.
- Willingness to be stationed permanently at the Mitracare Surabaya location.
