We are seeking a motivated Staff Penagihan Lapangan Area Tebo to join our collections team. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in financial services, credit management, or field operations. The successful candidate will work directly with corporate clients who have fallen behind on scheduled payments, ensuring that all arrears are addressed promptly and professionally in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
The role is based in the Tebo area and requires regular field visits, communication with borrowers, and close coordination with the internal collection department. Candidates must be willing to travel within their domicile area, possess a valid motorcycle license, and be comfortable working a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site verification and monitoring of corporate borrowers experiencing delayed installments, confirming the root causes of payment defaults.
- Prepare, personalize, and dispatch formal collection letters and reminders to debtors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and regulatory standards.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for debt recovery, including negotiation of repayment plans, settlement offers, and escalation to legal action when necessary.
- Compile daily activity reports for the Collection Manager, highlighting key interactions, challenges faced, and progress toward recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system, updating debtor status, contact information, and payment histories in real time.
- Collaborate closely with the credit analysis team to share insights on borrower behavior, which helps refine risk assessment models.
- Participate in regular team briefings and training sessions to stay current on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and effective negotiation techniques.
- Represent the company in a professional manner during all field visits, upholding the organization’s reputation for integrity and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Valid motorcycle and SIM C license; personal motorcycle required for field assignments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
