We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Officer Kredit Marketing Dana Syariah to join our growing team in the Batulicin area. This role is a pivotal part of our retail financing division, focusing on expanding our customer base, promoting Sharia‑compliant financing products, and building strategic partnerships with local dealers and partners. Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, networking, and community outreach initiatives.
- Present and explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of our Syariah‑compliant financing products to prospective borrowers.
- Develop and nurture relationships with automotive dealers, retail partners, and other strategic allies to generate referral business.
- Collect, verify, and evaluate customer documentation in accordance with internal compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after‑sales support, ensuring a smooth disbursement process and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to expedite approvals while upholding risk‑management guidelines.
- Prepare regular performance reports and market feedback to assist senior management in refining product offerings and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong drive are encouraged to apply.
- Core Skills: Rapid adaptation to changing market conditions, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a customer‑focused mindset.
