Responsibilities
- Present and narrate live events, ensuring clear and engaging delivery of product information.
- Coordinate with production crews to manage timing, cue lights, and technical requirements.
- Interact with audience members in real time, answering questions and fostering a lively atmosphere.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event scripts with brand messaging.
- Prepare and rehearse scripts, product knowledge points, and any promotional offers prior to each broadcast.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the premium nature of the fragrance industry.
- Assist in post‑event reporting by providing feedback on audience engagement metrics and suggesting improvements for future broadcasts.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in the perfume market to incorporate fresh insights into presentations.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (perusahaan menekankan penampilan profesional dan kepercayaan diri pada wanita).
- Age: Maximum 30 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Honesty, discipline, and strong communication skills are essential.
- Attractive personal presentation with a polished, camera‑ready look.
- Genuine interest and basic knowledge of the perfume industry.
- Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
- Comfortable working Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
- No prior professional experience required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
