Responsibilities
- Manage front‑desk activities including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders, and monitor budget expenditures.
- Assist with payroll processing and basic bookkeeping using the company’s cashier system.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel records, and organizing staff events.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and uphold company policies.
- Provide administrative support during peak periods, ensuring deadlines are met under pressure.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and improve office efficiency.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan)
- Maximum age: 30 years
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or SMK/Sederajat) in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Work experience: Entry‑level (0 years) – fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and basic cashier systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Honesty, discipline, and a high level of integrity are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
