Responsibilities

- Operate the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, card transactions, and issuing receipts with accuracy.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds while adhering to company policies and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, reporting discrepancies, and updating inventory records in Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to set up seasonal promotions, window displays, and in‑store events.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and emerging fashion trends to help shape future product selections.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and national holidays, to ensure optimal store coverage during peak shopping periods.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger; single status preferred.
- Gender: Female.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Assistant, Beauty Advisor, or similar role within the retail fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for basic data entry and inventory tracking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Professional appearance: minimum height of 155 cm and an appropriate, well‑maintained personal presentation.
- Ability to work on a daily‑worker basis, with flexible scheduling that includes weekends and national holidays.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a keen eye for detail.
