As a front‑line ambassador, you will introduce customers to cutting‑edge EV motor solutions, build lasting relationships, and help drive the adoption of sustainable transportation in the region.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage showroom visitors, demonstrate the features and benefits of EV motors, and answer technical and pricing questions with confidence.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, digital outreach, and participation in local automotive events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to both individual consumers and fleet managers.
- Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and test‑drive events that increase foot traffic.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company’s CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and follow‑up actions are scheduled.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in electric vehicles, gadgets, and automotive leasing.
- Provide after‑sales support, including warranty inquiries, service scheduling, and customer satisfaction follow‑up.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, embodying the values of honesty, loyalty, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: up to 40 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales of electronics, gadgets, automotive products, or leasing services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building trust and long‑term customer relationships.
- Proficiency with communication tools (phone, email, messaging apps) and customer‑management software.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a high level of loyalty to the employer.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed; standard working hours are 08:00 – 17:00.
