We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staff Outlet F&B to join our vibrant food‑and‑beverage team at AEON Mall Jakarta Garden City (JGC). This position plays a crucial role in delivering high‑quality meals to our guests, both through the mall’s bustling dining outlets and the growing online ordering platforms. Responsibilities
- Prepare raw ingredients and cook menu items in strict accordance with established recipes, portion controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas, following food safety regulations.
- Accurately record daily production quantities and update inventory logs to assist with stock management and waste reduction.
- Receive and process customer orders from both online platforms (e.g., delivery apps) and offline walk‑in guests, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Operate tablets or smartphones for order entry, payment processing, and communication with the front‑of‑house team.
- Assist in the set‑up and breakdown of service stations during peak periods, including lunch, dinner, and weekend rushes.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow, supporting colleagues during high‑volume periods.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new menu items, equipment handling, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor and uphold hygiene standards, performing routine checks on food storage temperatures and expiration dates.
- Contribute ideas for menu improvement, cost‑saving initiatives, and process efficiencies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast‑food or casual dining kitchen environment.
- Proficiency in operating point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, cash registers, and mobile ordering devices.
- Solid cooking skills with a strong understanding of food preparation, seasoning, and plating.
- Excellent time‑management abilities, capable of multitasking and meeting tight service deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, with shifts from 09:00 to 22:00.
