Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join its team in the Nunukan region of Kalimantan. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with both existing and new customers, and ensuring smooth credit processing for our distribution channels. The successful candidate will be based at the local Adira Finance branch that aligns with their domicile and will work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of financial products to existing clients and prospective customers across the Nunukan area.
- Generate new orders through the company’s distribution channels, capturing accurate initial data and conducting thorough verification of customer information.
- Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintaining clear communication with dealers and customers regarding status updates and final decisions.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other essential information to facilitate timely repayments.
- Collaborate closely with the credit‑risk team to resolve any discrepancies and expedite approvals.
- Maintain a detailed log of interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel within the assigned territory using a personal vehicle, adhering to a safe driving record and a valid SIM A/C.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in any field.
- Age: Not older than 30 years.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, credit processing, or a related financial services role; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid, active SIM A/C.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, credit processing, debt collection, and interpersonal communication.
