Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and personable Pramusaji Pelayanan Tamu Restoran (Restaurant Guest Service Attendant) to join our front‑of‑house team. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, escorting them to their tables while presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions and special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve dishes and drinks with precision, adhering to proper plating standards and timing to maintain optimal food quality.
  • Monitor table progress, anticipate guest needs, and provide timely refills, additional condiments, and personalized recommendations.
  • Handle payment transactions, process cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts while maintaining strict adherence to cash‑handling policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to resolve any service issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s standards of hygiene, safety, and food safety regulations at all times.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, staff meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates preferred, age up to 27 years (all genders welcome).
  • Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality service (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • High level of discipline, integrity, and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional peak‑period shifts.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage handling, including allergen awareness.
