Responsibilities
- Actively promote a wide range of mobile phones and accessories within the store, ensuring that product displays are attractive and up‑to‑date.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers by listening to their needs, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Deliver clear and engaging product presentations, highlighting key features, specifications, and after‑sale services to help customers make informed choices.
- Assist shoppers in selecting devices that best match their lifestyle, budget, and technical requirements, thereby increasing conversion rates.
- Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our products competitively.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive upselling, cross‑selling, and effective follow‑up with potential buyers.
- Collaborate with inventory and visual merchandising teams to ensure stock availability and optimal product placement.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, common objections, and opportunities for product line improvements.
- Participate in regular training sessions, sales meetings, and promotional events to continuously improve sales techniques and product expertise.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, customer data protection, and health & safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) graduate, or equivalent.
- Age: 28 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in mobile phone sales or a related retail environment.
- Strong orientation toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on courteous and professional customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and familiarity with digital inventory tools.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
