Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our outlet in Bulukumba as part‑time crew members during the Ramadan season. The position offers a short‑term commitment of four hours per day, with a flexible shift schedule that includes early‑morning Sahur shifts to accommodate the needs of our Ramadan customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, strictly following the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, building positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and word‑of‑mouth referrals.
- Serve food and beverages with consistent quality, ensuring that each dish meets the established taste, temperature, and visual standards.
- Keep the outlet clean, organized, and presentable at all times, including regular table clearing, floor sweeping, and sanitizing workstations.
- Assist in inventory checks and restocking of supplies during low‑traffic periods, reporting any shortages to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in brief daily briefings to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and any special service instructions for the day.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food, use of personal protective equipment, and immediate reporting of any hazards.
- Support teammates by covering shifts when needed and contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older; no maximum age limit.

- Physically and mentally healthy, capable of standing for extended periods and handling food safely.
