Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction, handle inquiries, and generate repeat business.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and after‑sales support to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and sales strategy meetings.
- Adhere to the company’s code of conduct, ethical standards, and sales policies at all times.
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s current operational needs).
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates should possess the stamina to meet the travel and workload demands.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
