Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to guarantee quick retrieval of documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, mail, and courier services.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare necessary materials such as agendas and minutes.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and expense reporting.
  • Update and monitor the company’s social media platforms, posting relevant content and responding to comments in a professional manner.
  • Provide front‑desk support by greeting visitors, handling phone inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked, place orders when needed, and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding documentation, attendance tracking, and employee record keeping.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to streamline administrative processes and enhance workplace efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic content creation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; ability to produce accurate and tidy work.
  • Excellent communication skills; friendly, approachable, and able to interact with staff at all levels.
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Basic computer literacy, including internet research and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible schedule: work days are Monday through Sunday, with shift hours to be defined by management.
